DESCRIPTION:

Before saying anything about this holiday chalet, we need you to be fully aware of where exactly you are buying. 20km from Veliko Turnovo.... Nikyup! Now, before looking at the house or land, please do some research on this famous historical village and tourist attraction, once done come back to place your bid!

Nikyup is the site of the former Roman and Byzantine town of Nicopolis Ad Istrum funded by Emperor Trajan around 101-106 at the junction of the two most famous rivers in Bulgaria, the Yantra and Danube. The town was a lascivious display of Roman chivalry, its sole purpose was as a monument and place of celebration following the Emperor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s victory in battle over the Dacians (early day Romanians!). What a way to celebrate victory, by building a town where to celebrate and merrymake ;-) In a way, this was a bit like Ibiza for the Romans, a place to rest and party!

Its history and the Roman relics to be found there are the main attraction to be seen in the village, where you will find many utilities as well as hotels to accomodate the tourists. Nikyup is only 1km from the main Sofia - Veliko Turnovo - Rouse road, so perfect for getting to the airports and nearby VT as well as several other main towns nearby. The village is very scenic and postcard perfect, its full time population is only 442 with many similar British owned holiday villas to be found here.

The property is sat in a gorgeous regulated land plot of 1500m2, giving the ambitious investor the chance to split the plot and sell as two lots. There is plenty of room for building a huge house here, even two and remember its fully regulated, so you can build without the hassle of regulating the land!

Upon this gorgeous setting is an idyllic two bedroom holiday villa, just imagine placing another five of these on site and starting your own holiday complex. We\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll provide the guests on a minute\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s notice! The property is surrounded by a brick wall giving ample privacy, perhaps you could even install a swimming pool here and take water form the deep mineral well, giving you a free supply of water for the pool! You have a vehicle access gate, so you can park your hire car on the land. You dont need to drive though as public transport connections into VT and Trambesh are excellent.

You will find plenty of fruit trees on your doorstep and the classic pine tree which according to Bulgarian legend will bring health, wealth and propsperity to its owner! The path leading to the house is surrounded by red tulips and hyacinths. In the distance form your house, you have spectacular views of the most famous peak in Bulgaria, on top of which is the Shipka monument. This is over 100km away though, so imagine how clear the views from your front door step must be if you can see all that way! Purely breathtaking to say the least!
